£2,500.00
The Manor Oak Porch is a traditional oak framed porch, handcrafted in solid oak in our Lincolnshire workshop. It features a gable roof with decorative truss detailing and heavy oak posts. The design is timeless, and it adds character and kerb appeal to any home.
At £2,500, the Manor sits in the middle of our range: more presence than a canopy, without the cost of a fully enclosed porch. We make each one to order in bespoke sizes, with fitting options available.
The decorative truss is the detail people notice first. It sits in the gable like a signature, and it turns a plain front door into a proper entrance. Heavy oak posts carry the roof and frame the doorway, and the design suits brick, stone and render alike.
Every Manor is built with traditional mortise and tenon joinery. We mill, air dry and kiln dry our own Quercus robur oak, so the timber is right before we cut a single joint. That control is why our frames stand straight and last for decades.
Send us a photo of your entrance with rough measurements. We will size the porch to your home and come back with a quick price. Fitting is available if you would rather not build it yourself.
An oak framed porch at this size usually falls within permitted development, and as an open design on posts it creates no enclosed floor space, which keeps the planning side simple. It is still worth a quick check with your local authority.
Compare the Manor with the rest of our oak porch kits and canopies, from the £670 canopy up to our fully enclosed hardwood porch.
