This bespoke green oak door canopy adds instant character to a front entrance. We craft each one from high quality green oak in our Lincolnshire workshop, and we build it to your sizes. Whatever the width of your door, the fit will be right.
Prices start at £670 and run to £1,190 depending on size. That makes this our most affordable porch canopy, and a natural first step if a full porch feels like too much.
Some homes want style. Others just need shelter from the rain over the front step. This canopy does both. It suits period cottages and new builds alike, and it works beautifully as a small oak porch where there is no room for posts.
We make every canopy to order. Send us a drawing or a spec and we will build to it, so the finished piece may differ a little from the picture. Just ask if you want something specific.
The canopy suits any DIY project and goes up easily. If you would rather not climb the ladder, we can install it for an additional cost. Either way, you get the same handmade green oak frame.
Green oak is freshly sawn timber with real character. It weathers slowly to a soft silver grey, or you can oil it now and then to keep the golden colour. Paired with our oak gallows brackets, it makes a proper entrance of any doorway.
